Website help
Something wrong with your website? We'll figure it out.
Tell us what you're seeing. We look at the site, the code, the database and the server, because the answer is usually in one of them and rarely where people expect.

Tell us what's going on
Every field is required unless it says optional.
You're probably here for one of these.
None of it is unusual. All of it is fixable, and most of it is quicker to diagnose than people expect.
A white screen or a critical error
The site loads nothing, or an email from WordPress says there has been a critical error and gives you no detail.
It worked yesterday
An update ran, a plugin changed, somebody edited a page, and now something else is broken.
Checkout is failing
Orders stop halfway, payments decline that shouldn't, or the cart empties itself.
Forms and order emails vanish
The form says thank you and nothing arrives. That's almost never a form problem.
The site is crawling
Slow for visitors, slow in the admin, or slow only at certain times of day.
Strange behavior nobody can explain
Redirects to somewhere else, pages you didn't write, a browser warning, admin users you don't recognize.
Nobody will take responsibility
The developer blames the host, the host blames the plugin, and the plugin author hasn't replied in a week.
Why the boundaries matter.
A website is a stack: the code, the CMS and its plugins, the database, PHP, the web server, DNS, certificates and mail delivery. Most of the hard problems live where two of those meet, which is exactly where a specialist in one of them stops looking.

Why Oogle.
Oogle has been working on the web since 1999, through every way of building a website that has come and gone since.
Christopher Neuman started the company and still runs it. The people who scope your work are the people who do it.
Design, development, hosting and infrastructure in one place, so a problem that crosses two of them doesn't become two vendors pointing at each other.
We work with clients worldwide.
Most of our clients have been with us for years. We aren't looking for a project to hand over and leave.
How this goes.
- 01
Tell us what's going on
In your own words. Error text and a rough time are worth more than a diagnosis.
- 02
We take a look
We reproduce it, read the logs and find the cause.
- 03
We tell you what it needs
What broke, why, what it takes, and what it'll cost. In writing.
- 04
We handle it
You approve it and we do the work. Nothing gets billed before you agree to it.
Before you write.
We don't know what the site is built on.
Say so. We can tell from the outside in about a minute.
Do we have to move hosting to you?
No. Most of the sites we support are hosted somewhere else and stay there.
The person who built our site has disappeared.
That's a common way people reach us. We can usually get back in without them.
What if we don't have the passwords?
Tell us what you do have. There's almost always a way back in through the host or the registrar.
Describe it in a sentence.
You don't need to diagnose it first. That part is our job.
