Website maintenance
You run the business. We'll look after the website.
Updates, backups you can actually restore from, monitoring, security, and the small changes that otherwise sit on somebody's list for a month. One monthly arrangement, one team responsible.

Tell us what you have
Every field is required unless it says optional.
This is usually why people call.
Websites don't fail on a schedule. They fail three months after the last person who understood them stopped answering.
Nobody knows when it was last updated
Core, plugins and PHP drift out of date quietly, and the first sign is usually something breaking or somebody getting in.
There's a backup, probably
A backup nobody has ever restored from is a belief, not a backup.
It goes down and nobody notices
Until a customer calls. Monitoring is the difference between finding out in two minutes and finding out on Monday.
Small changes take weeks
A phone number, a price, a new team member. Each one is a week of chasing somebody.
Three suppliers, no owner
A developer, a host and somebody in the office with the password. When something breaks, none of them is responsible for the whole.
You're the one thinking about it
Which is the actual complaint. It's not your job and it takes up room.
What we take on.
A standing monthly arrangement rather than a callout, so you stop having to think about it.

Why Oogle.
Oogle has been working on the web since 1999, through every way of building a website that has come and gone since.
Most of our clients have been with us for years. We aren't looking for a project to hand over and leave.
Design, development, hosting and infrastructure in one place, so a problem that crosses two of them doesn't become two vendors pointing at each other.
Christopher Neuman started the company and still runs it. The people who scope your work are the people who do it.
We work with clients worldwide.
How it starts.
- 01
Tell us what you have
The address, the platform if you know it, and who looks after it now.
- 02
We take a look
What state it's in, what it runs on, and what has been neglected.
- 03
We tell you what it needs
What the monthly arrangement covers and what it costs. Anything urgent gets called out separately.
- 04
We take it over
Access, monitoring and the first round of updates. Then you stop thinking about it.
The practical questions.
Is there a contract?
No long-term commitment. Website Care is month to month, and it stops when you tell us to stop.
Is hosting included?
Yes, and a CDN with it. That's why there's one number to call when something is wrong rather than a conversation between two companies.
What if something breaks during an update?
That's what the staging copy and the tested backup are for. If it happens on our watch, putting it right is part of the arrangement.
What counts as a Quick Fix?
A small change, about fifteen minutes or less: a photo swapped, wording updated, a post put up, a small change to a form. Two a month, and they don't roll over. Anything bigger gets quoted before it starts.
What if we already have a developer?
Then we cover the parts they don't, and we say clearly which those are. Plenty of our maintenance work sits alongside somebody else.
Hand it over.
Send us the address and we'll tell you what state it's in before you commit to anything.
