Tell us what’s wrong.
You don’t need to know what caused it or what it’s called. Describe what you’re seeing and we’ll work out the rest.
Don’t delete plugins or restore an old backup to make the error go away. You’ll lose the evidence of what happened, and a bad restore can wipe out recent orders and form submissions. Take a screenshot and leave it alone.
What’s happening?
A few fields and an optional screenshot. No account and no ticket queue.
You’re asking about
What happens next.
- 01
Somebody looks at it
A real person, not an auto-reply. We respond within one business day.
- 02
You get a straight answer
What’s wrong, what caused it, and what it takes to fix.
- 03
You decide
Nothing gets billed before you agree to it.
- 04
We tell you how to avoid it next time
Usually that’s a maintenance habit rather than more work from us.
Planning a build or a redesign instead?
That’s a different form, with different questions. Same people read it.
Do you charge to look at it?
We’ll tell you what’s wrong and what it takes to fix before anything is billed. If diagnosing it is a real piece of work on its own, we’ll agree that with you first.
Do I have to move hosting to you?
No. We work on sites wherever they’re hosted. If the host turns out to be the problem we’ll tell you, but that’s information, not a condition.
The person who built our site has disappeared.
Happens all the time, and it’s usually fixable. If you own the domain or can prove you own the business, there’s normally a way back in. Tell us what access you do have.
What if I don't know what platform it's built on?
Say so. We can work that out from the address in a few seconds.
