The fix is often small. Working out which small thing to do is what takes the time. A plugin conflict that takes two minutes to fix can take an hour to track down.
You don’t need the right words
Tell us the thing at the top stopped working, or that it looks wrong on your phone. A photo of your screen taken with your phone is fine. We get them all the time.
